At Maranatha Christian Academy, we know how critical it is to use technology for instruction in the classroom, which is why we devote significant focus and resources to supporting technology.

Our goal is to stay on the cutting edge of technology and help staff and students enhance the educational experience through multimedia tools.

State-of-the-Art Classrooms

Each teacher receives training specific to the resources we provide so they can maximize the use of devices in their classrooms. In addition to a computer lab, we provide:

  • iPads (school-owned for ninth–12th-graders)
  • Smart TV in every classroom

Cell Phone Policy

K4–fourth grade parents may request permission from the administrator for their child to carry a cell phone in their backpack.

Fifth through eighth-grade students may have cell phones on campus, but they must leave them in the front office at the start of the day and pick them up when they leave school.

Students in grades nine through 12 may carry cell phones and use them before and after school, between classes, and at lunch. However, teachers will collect phones at the start of class unless they are needed during that period.
